JOB DESCRIPTION
· Resolve customer concerns via email
· Assist with placements of orders, refund, exchanges or delivery of products.
· Develop strong customer relationship and will be responsible to resolve queries of the customers through email within the assigned TAT
· Build customer relationship as part of the sales process
· Manage and take ownership of the resolution process for all customer related issues
· Inform member of current promotions and new or updated products
· Ensure active and appropriate engagement on the continues improvement opportunities
· Maintain up to date knowledge and assimilates quickly to new promotional offers and programs
REQUIREMENTS
· At least 1-2 years of customer service experience via email
· Effective reading and writing English communication skills
· Excellent communication, analytical, listening and organizational skills
· Excellent customer service skills and great enthusiasm for helping customers
· Must be able to prioritize and complete all duty requirements
· Must be energetic self-starter with ability to work independently
· Excellent time management skills, Attention to detail and ability to multitask
· Detailed oriented and customer focused
· Internet savvy and knowledgeable of MS office applications
· Previous customer service experience is a plus
· Willing to work in a shifting schedule
· Applicant must be willing to work in MAKATI

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain after sales excellent customer service
- Conducts inbound and outbound calls for new and existing customers
- Reports issues raised by the customers
- Answer customers inquiries
- Will closely work with the operations
- Adheres to processes, meeting required, work standards, targets and objectives
Qualifications and Skills
- Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree, any field
- Should have at least 1 year working experience in a BPO Company
- Excellent communication Skills in both written and verbal English
- Should be self driven and can work with minimal supervision
- Amenable to work at night
- Willing to work in Makati
- Should be able to start immediately

Qualifications and Skills

Responsibilities and Duties
• Provide all regular reporting to operations teams
• Responsible for client reporting, internal reporting and analysis of the reports.
• Maintain detailed reporting and documentation
• Produce ad hoc reports and trending data
• Communicate with and take directions from operation manager and team lead
• Maintain existing reports as well as monthly and yearly reports
• Reconcile each database and resolve discrepancies
• Communicate and coordinate the distribution of reports to customers
• Preparation of various operation reports
