If any kind of suspicious activity is monitored, JobsProbe has the right to suspend or permanently delete your account.

Employers understand that they are solely responsible for the materials provided on JobsProbe.com. JobsProbe has the right to remove materials that does not comply with these terms.
You understand and acknowledge that all data, including account information, saved resumes and materials, will permanently be deleted from JobsProbe database once you cancel or terminate your employer account.
JobsProbe does not guarantee the effectiveness of the Website in meeting the requirements of the job seekers. JobsProbe does not have control over the employment decisions of the companies and the users. JobsProbe also makes no promise in the continued availability of all the jobs posted on the website. JobsProbe does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Terms of Service shall be governed and interpreted by the internal substantive laws of the Philippines. The place of jurisdiction shall be exclusive in the Philippines. If you access JobsProbe outside of the Philippines, please do so at your own risk.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
