The 3D Game Artist will work on designing and animating assets for Kooapps games.

Responsibilities

 -Create 3D characters in tools such as Autodesk Maya 
 -Animate 3D assets 
-Communicate with game designers & programmers

Requirements 

 -An online portfolio is required to showcase character animation works before being considered for an interview. Please indicate the link on your resume.

 -Required skill(s): Autodesk Maya, basic knowledge in character animation, strong freehand character design with turn around. Lighting and shadow rendering 

 -At least a High School Degree, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Humanities/Liberal Arts or equivalent

 -Both entry level and experienced applicants are accepted

• Produce high-quality 3D assets, meet deadlines and execute tasks such as modeling, designing textures, Setup rigging, and Animation.
• Work with the art team to ensure the quality of the assets for all aspects of the project.
• Corresponds and communicates with Programmers, to ensure that the 3D design and overall look function successfully for varying technical and performance specifications.

• Understand mobile gaming industry trends and their choices of content, core/meta loops, and monetization
• Learn insights from user data to design features that enhance engagement and key metrics(retention, monetization, social, etc)
• Work with dev/art/pm/marketing teams to drive prototyping, first-time user experience, gameplay balance, and progression
• Work with dev/art/pm teams to deliver high quality releases on time that meet company revenue goals
• Specify detailed feature requirements for the creative vision using clear game design documents and Asana tasks(specs,wikis,etc)
• Continuously make engaging game content that is consistent, clever, and humorous.
