- Managing social media reach, presence and engagement across the keys platforms
- Managing various post and sharing them to the right audience or community
- Developing strategies to help the company to acquire more followers and generate more quality traffic
- Develop a brand enhancement and awareness marketing strategies
- Identify and create a communication strategy for target customers via social media/online
- Define measurable goals and objectives/KPIs
- Create a unique marketing materials for social media and online channels
- Implement social media & online marketing strategies
- Optimize and maximize social platforms for advertising
- Manage SEO Strategies and track performance and page ranking
- Manage PR Strategies
- Measure and optimize lead conversions from all marketing channels
- Ensure all social media platforms are welcoming, friendly and engaging through responses in threads or posts or any platforms where thoughts can be shares
- Gain excellent product knowledge to address questions on social media/web
- Develop and effective schedule update and posting on all social media platforms
- Manage efforts in building online reviews and reputation
- Analyze and report campaign performance
- Reports observations, opportunities and identify action plans for improvement
- Analyze metrics and strategy as needed
