JOB DESCRIPTION:

·         Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities

·         Support marketing executives in organizing various projects

·         Conducts market research and analyze data gathered

·         Employ marketing techniques to gather important data

·         Update spreadsheets, database, and inventories with statistical, financial, and non-financial information

·         Assist in organizing of promotional events and traditional or promotional campaigns and creation

·         Communicate directly with other departments and encourage trusting relationships

REQUIREMENTS:

·         Degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field is a strong advantage

·         Proven experience as a sales and marketing assistant

·         Good understanding of office management and marketing principles

·         Demonstrate ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines

·         Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach

·         Good knowledge of market research techniques and database

·         Preferably Male

·         Exquisite communication and people skills

·         College graduate preferably Business Courses

·         Computer literate

·         Good oral communication skills

·         Must have driving skills (4 wheels)

·         W/ sales & marketing experience particularly in Trade Marketing is an advantage

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field

At least 1 year experience working in marketing or advertising

Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment

Excellent problem solving skills

Strong communication and organizational skills
