DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Acquire new accounts within area of responsibility through the conduct of sales activities, including sales calls, sales presentations, sending of email blastas and proposals and participation in any travel events.
  • Provide assistance to existing and new clients for any concern relevant to their travel booking and other related concerns
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure timely delivery of invoices
  • Closely monitor and coordinate with clients on the payment based on invoices sent.
  • Send monthly report to Head Office on a monthly basis or as required by Management.
  • Source suppliers within area of responsibility, create packages and other travel products in coordination with Sales Supervisor.
  • Manage other related administrative work in the branch like permits, licenses, sublease and other documentation that may be required.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • At least 1-4 Year(s) of working experience specialized in Sales and Reservation  is required for this position specifically in the TRAVEL AGENCY or similar environment
  • Required Skill(s): Sales, Computer, Negotiation, Customer Service
  • Willing to work in Subic
