? Job Summary:


 The HR Associate for Compensation & Benefits is responsible for providing administrative support to the HR Supervisor in the implementation of compensation and benefit policies of the company and in handling the functional areas. She / He is responsible for the timely and accurate timekeeping of employee’s attendance and ensuring timely posting of availed leaves and necessary attendance reports. 

Duties and responsibilities: 

Acts as the Biometric Administrator and registers employees for timekeeping purposes. 
Monitors timely attendance reports every 1st and 2nd pay half and ensures all supporting documents are complete and accurate
. Monitors the individual attendance records of all employees on a monthly basis. 
Checks and verifies all entries (time in, time out, OT and others). 
Generates tardiness/absences without leave report and endorses to HR Supervisor for proper disposition
 Files and safe keeps all 1st and 2nd pay half summary attendance of all employees on a per cut-off basis together with the payroll summary. 
Collates DTR and other timekeeping related forms to employee OB and change details.
 Inputs attendance of employees in the payroll system including the necessary adjustments if needed. Processes timekeeping of the following: Direct PS Daily Paid Employees Monthly Paid Employees Documents and processes compensation transactions.
Communicate compensation and benefit policies and procedures through individual and group orientation. Responsible for attending to employee inquiries and resolving issues relating to the administration of compensation and benefits under the guidance of the HR Supervisor. Prepares Certificate of Employment as requested by employees. Determines employee eligibility in relation to benefit availment. 
Verifies requests and benefits application forms. Ensures the accurate and timely processing of benefit availment both for government and company benefits. Interacts and coordinates with government agencies on government-mandated benefits such as but not limited to SSS, Philhealth, and HDMF.
 Handles processing of SSS, Philhealth and BIR specifically on Loans, SSS R1-A, sickness notification processing, Philhealth ER2, BIR 1902 and 2305 including TIN Registration for new employees. Responsible for the preparation and management of Transportation Allowances, 
Office Day Activity and coordinates with agency coordinators to ensure smooth implementation.
 Responsible for the preparation and management of Training Allowance issuance to trainees and Product Specialists. Handles processing of PS Days for Monthly Incentive issuance in coordination with Sales and Agency Coordinators. 
Handles monitoring of probationary evaluation of Direct Employees and coordinates with other HR teams and Department Heads. 
Prepares and provides advisory to employees on routing of clearance for Office Personnel (Direct). Coordinates with internal stakeholders and agency coordinators on the clearance of Agency Product Specialists. Acts as Champion for Organization-wide HRIS Implementation. 

Requirements 

Graduate of BS/BA Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, HR Management or its equivalent. 
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
. Has keen eye for detail; Trustworthy, Organized, Analytical, Has initiative. 
 Know-how of SSS, BIR, Philhealth and Pag-Ibig regulations related to contributions and benefits availment processing.
 Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
