DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Responsible for providing basic first aid and evaluating employees’ health 
2. Assists Company Physician and Dentist during consultation and determining amount of leave the employee should be given
3. May conduct thorough examinations on an employee and provide initial diagnosis on medical conditions and if condition worsens, calls for an ambulance
4. Coordinates with Compliance Assistant on inspection of possible hazards in any work area or equipment and assess safety standard in the company
5. Ensures that company is up-to-date with local health and employment safety legislations
6. Responsible for securing and maintaining all employees’ health records and equipment
7. Performs other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

1. Draft and design layout of production and processes
2. Enact and coordinate quality control objectives and procedures to deal with production problems, maximize product reliability and minimize costs
3. Monitor and determine more efficient production schedules, processes and specifications
4. Assists in inventory control
5. Performs other related duties as assigned

• Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
• Provide clerical and administrative support.
• Compile and update employee records.
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities.

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate or Undergraduate of Mechanical Engineering

• Minimum of one (1) year of work experience in a manufacturing setting.
