The HR Staff will mainly handle the Disciplinary Practices, Performance Management and Separation of the company. These are the duties and responsibilities of the position:
1. Understands the policy of the company towards quality.
2. Participates in setting up of quality objectives and targets.
3. Implements quality objectives, targets and improvement programs related to the area of responsibility.
4. Ensures conformance to QMS & CSR standards and participates in related programs set by the company.
5. Maintains orderliness and cleanliness of the work area.
6. Performs other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
DISCIPLINARY PRACTICES:
7. Assists management in the investigations & negotiations of labor disputes.
8. Assists, participates and prepares records of grievance hearings.
9. Conducts procedural due-process on violations regarding company policies and procedures.
10. Assists and participates in conducting pre-disciplinary meetings.
11. Monitors application of disciplinary actions to ensure consistency.
12. Maintains a filing system regarding discipline, grievance settlement and release agreements, MOAs and arbitrations.
13. Participates in the evaluation of the disciplinary practices and keeps records of feedback.
14. Participates in internal and organization projects.
15. Ensures that the company is up-to-date with local employee discipline and labor laws.
16. Assists in the enforcement of company policies and rules.
17. Participates in Labor Management Council (LMC) meetings.
PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT:
18. Responsible for preparing needed information in conducting performance appraisals to all employees
19. Coordinates with Department Heads and Supervisors on how to provide constructive feedback to employees and to effectively evaluate job performance
20. Assists in constructing and improving performance appraisal program
21. Coordinates with HR Assistant – Training & Development to identify training needs and assists in designing and implementing development interventions and learning programs to address these needs
22. Keeps track and monitors performance reviews and issues
23. Ensures that all Department Heads and Supervisors understand the purpose of performance evaluation in accordance with the company’s objectives
SEPARATION:
24. Responsible for processing of the voluntary and involuntary Separation of the employees
25. Conducts exit interviews and ensures that all necessary employment Separation paperwork is completed.
26. Keeps records, both soft and hard copies, of all Separation documents.
