- Develop corporate talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
- Develop a recruitment strategy. This may include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc.
- Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization.
- Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization.
- Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing: develop talent pool or social engagements.
- Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews and offers
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls,)
- Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience.
- Assist in employee retention and development
- BS/BA in Business Administration, Human Resources or relevant field
- at least 8 years of total experience in recruitment.
- at least 5 years of total experience in management roles.
- Knowledgeable in the US recruiting system and/or Healthcare industry is strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership collaboration skills, must have the ability to influence without authority.
- Experience in managing teams globally is a strong PLUS.
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding.
- Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
