1.      Job Title: HR/Office Manager

 

2.      Location: Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines

 

3.      Position Overview:

To work as the first employee of Winking Corporation in Manila, Philippines, the HR/Office Manager is required to assist the headquarters to set up branches, formulate management system, recruit talents and implement the culture of Winking Corporation, so as to build an advanced, efficient and high-quality team with the international game art of Triple-A caliber. The work content is listed below:

3.1  Human Resource Management: to collaborate with the headquarters’ strategies, compose and put into practice the management regulatory framework; to plan and execute the recruitment, appointment, leave program, payment, performance appraisal, employee welfare, as well as the declaration of employees’ social security and individual income tax (IIT), etc.

3.2  Administrative General Affairs: to handle office leasing, plan and supervise office renovation, apply for water and electricity networks, manage office furniture, computer equipment and other company properties, etc.

3.3  Procurement: to purchase the furniture, supplies, equipment and consumables required for the office; to develop and manage suppliers, etc.

3.4  Others: to address temporary matters assigned by the headquarters and assist in translation during video interviews and meetings when necessary. 


4.      Job Skills:

4.1  Understand Manila’s labor legislation, social security and IIT regulations.

4.2  Have knowledge of human resource management and practical experience in recruitment, leave and salary management.

4.3  Excels at planning; with strong executive ability and structural mind; adept at expression, communication and coordination.
