• Japanese N1, N2 Level (Certificate not required) Fluent in English

• Graduate of Tourism or any related course

• Preferably with 1 year experience in booking and reservation Computer competent (MS Office Application - Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible in assisting clients of the company

• Prepare itinerary and travel quotations for potential customers and attend to inquiries

• Handle airline and hotel booking for clients including land transfer in the country

• Ensure land and travel bookings are properly arranged prior to the travel date of the clients

• Collect travel documents needed

• Process travel insurance application

• Assist with payment process and collection
