4. Cleaning the Department Head’s Room
- Washing wall & blinds.
- Wipe filing cabinet, computer table, & glass
- Dust off air-con dispenser
- Vacuum floor carpet (once a month)
5. Cleaning the common pantry
- Wipe dining table
- Clean & scrub lavatory
- Sweep and mop the floor
6. Cleaning the common CR
- Wall washing
- Cleaning the bowel & lavatory
- Dust off exhaust fan
- Scrub & mop the floor
7. Does maintenance work
- Replace busted lights
- Cleaning filter of air-con
- Checking machine room from time to time
- Assisted GSD or building maintenance if there something to do in the area
Other tasks
- Paying of company bills, mail letter
- Purchase snack for meeting
- Checking if there’s enough supply for dishwashing, light or electrical supply and for cleaning materials & pest control supply.
- Check of all computer, Xerox copier, water dispenser, all air-con units and other electrical appliances are properly unplug before leaving the office
