• Prepare cash requirement forecast (daily / weekly / monthly)
  
• Prepare / update cash position report 
  
• Review petty cash requests / release petty cash / record petty cash released 
  
• Receive and review petty cash liquidation
  
• Conduct bank transactions and ensure accurate recording of cash / fund movements
• Reconcile company accounts balances, report any discrepancies

QUALIFICATIONS

• Prepare project plan; cascade project plan to all concerned
• Coordinate with procurement, plant and QAQC for managing materials and site works
• Conduct site inspection activities
• Facilitate approval of shop drawings, aluminum profile and samples
• Manage the Performance Mock-Up (PMU) testing
• Oversee the performance of each project site (maximum of 5 projects at any given time)
• Manage client expectations, including submission of necessary reports and facilitating communications
• Conduct regular visits to project sites

• Preferably licensed Architect / Civil Engineer or with relevant certification (i.e. Diploma/Certificate in Construction Management)
• PMP certification is a PLUS
• With at least 2 years experience managing more than 1 project
• Excellent reporting and presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication (english)
