·        Manage all warehouse and logistics forecasting, planning, and tracking

·        Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures for all company warehouses nationwide.

·        Manage sales orders for customers

·        Act as a liaison to other key departments to ensure accurate and timely replenishment of inventory for purchase orders

·        Keep records of all inbound and outbound shipping activities, documenting procedures, guidelines, and changes in procedures for reference purposes

• Supervises the day-to-day warehouse and admin operation.
•  Supervises periodic Physical Count and Reconciliation of Inventory Variance Report.
• Review processes and internal controls currently in place and recommend improvements whenever necessary.
• Ensures implementation of internal controls to safeguard company assets and maximize warehouse and admin productivity.
• Implements Good Warehouse Keeping at the Warehouse.

·        Ensures proper management of labor and equipment resources to cover all customer needs and maximizes utilization objectives

·        Updates and trains his subordinates on current practices that were implemented in terms of service and repair

·        Formulates and recommends strategies to management to improve the department’s performance

·        Close communication with FG Wilson Partner and Sales Manager

·        Handles and process warranty claims of Dealers (Nationwide Operation)

·        Communicate and prepare a technical report on the development side

·        Perform Product knowledge orientation on Sales Executive

·        Assist on Machine Testing and Commissioning

·        Acts as the department’s representative in the management committee meetings

·        Performs other duties that may be assigned by the immediate head from time to time

•  Serves clients by analyzing work orders; investigating complaints; conducting tests and troubleshooting in accordance with the implementing standard
•  Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance
• Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records

• Promotes and sells organization’s parts products and services within an assigned geographic area or list of customer accounts with the objective of meeting or exceeding sales targets and achieving customer satisfaction targets

•    Assist the Manager with computer programs to perform specific tasks related to organizational goals.
•    Continuous improvement of current programs.
•   Expert skills and experience in data migration, integration, and transformation methods
•   Diagnose and resolve software problems quickly and efficiently
•   Consistently apply generally accepted programming standards and techniques to assure efficient program logic and data manipulation

•  To be able to market strategically and effectively CATERPILLAR ( QUINGZHOU), LTD (SEM) and thereby deliver the assigned budget of the Department
•  With experience in developing and implementing strategies such as Account Coverage Plan, New Accounts, Pricing, and GP Targets.
•   Able to provide useful recommendations on machine applications and leverage Product Support capability and Machine advantages and Benefits
