Job Responsibilities:

• Needs to ensure that the company policies are being implemented and followed, while ensuring these policies are aligned with the rules of DOLE
• Defining job positions and overseeing the Recruitment and Selection process of Applicants.
• Discuss with management about HR requirements and concerns
• Maintain HR training, pay and safety related documents.
• Managing Personnel’s Individual and collective development such as training assessment and promotions.
• Spearheading company events.
• Performs other related task as directed by the management.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaborates with cross functional teams.
• Strong in problem solving capabilities.
• Has to be highly analytical with good communication and interpersonal skills.
