Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise between customer service representatives and Customer Service Officer.
  • Facilitate requirements for customer complaints/incident follow-through and resolution.
  • Compile reports on customer feedback and monitor data on usage of customer service facilities.
  • Facilitating and updating all on-ground requirements of customer service facilities.
  • Assist in monitoring customer service products, such as but not limited to membership / loyalty cards.
  • Supervise customer service representative deployment during events and promotions.
  • Day-to-day clerical work preparing contracts, processing of billings, and procuring supplies.

 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Communications, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply but one (1) year work experience in customer service function is preferred.
  • Confident but with pleasing personality, able to interact with different type of personalities.
