Marketing Officer in Pasay



48 hours a week

Sales professional with 2-3 years of experience and a marketing background in business-to-business transactions. 


Additional Desired Skills:

-Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software - HubSpot.

-Understanding of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, content marketing, and social media. 



We are seeking a driven Marketing Officer to develop and execute innovative lead generation and marketing strategies for our printing company. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of B2B and B2C marketing and sales activities . This role will directly contribute to expanding our market presence and achieving our revenue goals within a business-to-business (B2B) and Business to Community (B2C) environment.


Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.Other degrees may be considered provided candidates have relevant work experience required.

-Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a B2B and B2C marketing role, preferably within the printing or a related industry.

-Demonstrated success in lead generation and qualification techniques.

-Strong understanding of market research principles and methodology.

-Experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels.

-Excellent project management skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

-Proficient in spoken and written English.

-A warm, outgoing personality with the ability to build rapport and represent the company professionally.



Responsibilities:

-Lead Generation and Qualification: Proactively identify and generate high-quality leads within the B2B and Business to Community (B2C) sectors. Skillfully qualify leads to ensure alignment with target market and sales readiness.

-Provide Sales Support: Provides assistance to Account Executives in generating sales strategies, closing opportunities, and maintaining relationships based on marketing information gathered per account. 

-Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to inform marketing plans and campaigns.

-Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest printing technologies, packaging design trends, and innovative marketing materials.

-Marketing Campaigns and Events: Conceptualize, plan, and execute impactful marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events that effectively target our B2B audience.

-Project Management: Demonstrate strong project management skills to ensure timely and successful delivery of marketing initiatives, adhering to budgets and deadlines.

Communication: Collaborate effectively with internal teams including sales, design, and production, by possessing exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs, and promoting the company's value proposition.
