Job Scope:
- Conduct lead-generating activities.
- Provides contact prospects who have responded to the ad campaign and have shown a high level of interest in purchasing a house & lot.
- Develops ads, e-mail, online and social media campaigns to create interest in the company’s products and encourage initial response.

Job Description:

• Enforces appropriate internal control and security measures and procedures on vault usage
• Manages and maintains custody of loan securities such as jewelries and non-gold items
• Assists the branch appraiser in ensuring the security and safety of the branch premises, its exterior and interior
• Maintains the cleanliness and orderliness of the branch
• Manages, secures and maintains custody of cash collections of the branch
• Computes loan repayments for principal, interest and other charges and ensures accuracy of payment
• Reviews all loan transactions processed by the Branch Appraiser
• Issues official receipts (OR’s) to applicable branch transactions and ensures the accuracy, completeness and reliability of records
• Provides quality service to strengthen customers’ loyalty to the company
• Handles customers’ complaints and provides appropriate action based on company’s existing policies, rules and regulation

• Willing to be assigned anywhere in Metro Manila
• Related experience being a cashier and teller is an advantage
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Customer and people oriented
• Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City, Valenzuela, Pasay and Paranaque

Minimum Qualifications

• Able to speak and write in Chinese and English Language
• Translates documents from English to Chinese Language vice versa

Qualifications :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Secretarial, Linguistics/Languages or equivalent.
