JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Source for qualified candidates, both active and passive.
Screen / Conduct initial and behavioral interviews, and evaluate applicants based on the profile/s assigned by the clients via phone and face to face interview.
• Prepare endorsement letter of qualified candidates
• Effectively communicate requirement / JD to prospective candidate
• Endorses shortlist of qualified candidates and their profiles to the Industry Consultant (IC)
• Liaises with the IC for follow-ups and candidates’ status for monitoring purposes
• Maintain internal tracker and database
• Supports the entire team in meeting the clients' target/s
• Provides outstanding customer service to both the client companies and job applicants
• Account management and candidate management
