Job Description

  • Source suitable candidates for our clients' requirements;
  • Create job ads on various job posting sites to generate applications;
  • Coordinate with Marketing Team for job posting in CLEAR FB page and other social media accounts;
  • Screen candidates via telephone and invite qualified candidates for interview;
  • Administer screening tests with the assistance of the People and Culture Coordinator;
  • Conduct initial interviews of the candidates;
  • Recommend candidates for final interview of the HR Manager/ People and Culture Manager and the client;
  • Ensure there is an adequate line-up of candidates for presentation to clients on time;
  • Perform other tasks as required by the management.
