Job Description

Responsibilities 

  • Make all necessary documents for administrative work such as memorandum, business letters, and proposals
  • Build up relations with suppliers and other business partners 
  • Process papers and comply with government requirements
  • Maintain employees 201 files 
  • Time-keeping, assisting accounting with payroll materials
  • Host events/activities for employees
  • Assist in recruitment such as representing company in job fair or interviewing applicants


Job Qualifications

Requirements 

  • Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , any field. 
  • Communicates and works effectively in English (oral and written form) 
  • Well organized and strict with implementing the rules 
  • Outgoing with pleasing personality 
  • Well-versed with Microsoft programs and Google Suites 
  • Willing to work onsite in Makati City
  • Willing to work Monday to Saturday 
  • At least one (1) year of related experience is an advantage. 
  • Full-Time position available
