• Will work as Account Specialist with excellent customer service experience

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent.

• Required skill(s): Data Analysis, Customer Service, MS Office.

• Required language(s): English

• At least 2-3 year(s) of supervisory working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.

• Will be able to adapt in the fast-paced environment

• Full-Time position(s) available.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manages the entire client’s web based system

• Will work closely with the operations manager regarding product specific approaches

• Presents data analysis based on production output

• Creates recommendations based on gathered reports

• Receives strategies from process improvement team to enhance the current output

• Regularly reach out to existing clients to improve overall after-sales experience
