Job Description

We are looking for proactive and data-driven DSP Analyst / Specialist to join our team who will become the subject matter expert when it comes to Appsilon’s DSP strategy.


  • Manage the relationships with DSP, SSP and Ad Network partners
  • Produce regular reports analyzing the performance of all programmatic channels
  • Regularly monitor and optimize the performance of Programmatic channels.
  • Offer strategic, analytical, technical support, troubleshoot underperforming or under delivering programmatic campaigns/deals
  • Assist in the training and development of operations and commercial staff when required
  • Perform data analysis that will help the organization to make data-driven decisions.
  • Run A/B testing and statistical analyses to come up with actionable insights that influence, support, and assist in product decisions and strategies.
  • Prepare analysis to support sales techniques, marketing strategies, and campaign optimization, as needed.
  • Present proposals and results in a clear manner backed by data and comprehensive analysis that can be understood by various stakeholders.
  • Update and maintain detailed campaign reports for partners


Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4-6 years of solid experience in the DSP ecosystem.
  • Familiar with RTB and Ad Exchanges Ecosystem
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office, most especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to present data and defend data analysis to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical skills to solve problems through data.
  • A great team player who knows how to work with different personalities within and outside the organization.
  • Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously and meet set deadlines
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
