Qualifications
- Must be a college graduate of any course (business, marketing or related courses preferred)
- With at least 3 years of strong sales experience (call center experience preferable)
- With at least 2 years of supervisory experience
- Willing to work in Makati City (office based)
Job Scope:
- Monitor all posts to ensure that due procedures and quality standards are strictly adhered to.
- Be in charge of running and managing the Lead Generation Specialists daily.
- Set targets for all other LGS to meet up with
