Job Description
- Manages and motivates a group of developers/programmers that works on web/mobile applications
- Able to create design documents, source codes, test documents and other necessary artifacts required by projects handles
- High involvement with project estimation and planning activities
- Recommend software development tools to management
- Provide assistance and training to junior and senior developers, as needed
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Java, Android, HTML, iOs, PHP, N3 Skills
- Japanese background is highly recommended
- Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
