  • Immediately respond to chat inquiries (General, Technical and Sales).
  • Troubleshoot product issues and propose solutions on how they can be fixed.
  • Recommend new/additional products to customers.
  • Do web research.
  • Perform other duties that the client and management may require.
One of our clients is in need of 3 highly motivated individuals to be part of their team in Makati. You could be one with:
  • High degree of English proficiency, both verbal and written.
  • Experience handling Australian account.
  • Good listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other applications.
  • Ability to learn fast, multi-task and effectively engage customers via email, chat and voice calls.
  • Skills in delivering high-level customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Positive attitude to handle pressures and maintain good vibes.
