Job Description

CLEAR is looking for Virtual Assistants who will work for our clients who are based in Australia.

  • Arrange, manage, coordinate and maintain client's schedules, appointments, meetings, events and travel arrangements
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to clients' emails efficiently
  • Prepare and send out correspondences on client's behalf
  • Call and coordinate with business entities, travel agencies, hotels, etc., as instructed by the client
  • Perform minor finance-related tasks, if required
  • Perform other administrative duties as may be required by the client
