Responsible for providing basic first aid and evaluating employees’ health.

May conduct thorough examinations on an employee and provide initial diagnosis on medical conditions and if condition worsens, calls for an ambulance.

Ensures that company is up-to-date with local health and employment safety legislation.

Coordinates with outside resources, such as healthcare providers, for programs and services (i.e. pre-employment medical exam, Annual Physical Exam).

Responsible for securing and maintaining all employees’ health records and equipment.

Performs other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

• Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.

• Orientating new employees and training existing employees.

• Monitoring employee performance.

• Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.

• Overseeing the health and safety of all employees.

• Implementing systematic staff development procedures.

• Providing counseling on policies and procedures.

• Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration.

• Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.

• Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.

• Research potential vendors

• Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers

• Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing

• Track orders and ensure timely delivery

• Review quality of purchased products

• Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases

• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices

• Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses

• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed

• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage

• Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up-to-date with industry trends
